Barry Davis
Co-Founder and Board Member
Former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EnLink Midstream, one of the largest midstream energy companies in North America. Led the founding of Crosstex Energy and the merger with Devon Energy's midstream assets. Founded Ventana Natural Gas in 1992 and served as its Chairman and CEO. Serves on the boards of Kirby Corporation, Texas Christian University, and various non-profit and civic boards.

Kyle Thompson
Co-Founder and Board Member
Previously served 8 years as Partner and Board Member of Dale Operating Company, partnered with Larry Dale in the development of the Barnett Shale play in Tarrant County. Joined Victoria Gas Corporation in 1985 as CFO and then President. Former President and current member of Dallas Petroleum Club. Has co-invested in and served on the boards of a number of successful private energy companies.

Mickey Friedrich
Co-Founder, President and CEO
Has helped found and lead two private companies before Eiger Resources. At Driftwood Energy, aggregated 16,000 acres in the Midland Basin, drilled 24 wells resulting in 6,200 Boe/d. At Accelerate Resources, built a Midland Basin non-op company to 4,000 net acres and 1,000 Boe/d in 18 months. Entered the industry in 2003 at Pioneer Natural Resources, NuTech Energy, and Halliburton. B.S. Biosystems Engineering, Oklahoma State University; M.Eng in Petroleum Engineering, Texas A&M; MBA, University of Oklahoma.

John Denman
Vice President
Joined Eiger Resources in 2023 during the initial fundraise and has been instrumental in growth and success. Prior to Eiger, served on a four-person management team at POGO Resources. At POGO, operated a waterflood in Eddy County, NM and tripled daily oil production through recompletions over 18 months. Began his career at Carrollton Mineral Partners aggregating mineral and royalty interests.

Daniel Webb
VP of Finance
Has served as VP of Finance or similar roles at Accelerate Resources, Concho Resources, and Milestone Environmental Services. Has led acquisition and due diligence efforts for family offices seeking to aggregate capital and invest in the oil and gas industry. Served in energy investment banking roles at Evercore and Simmons & Company. Began his career at KPMG performing financial statement audits for energy clients.
